Habanero Mango BBQ Sauce

DescriptionThis is very spicy, but still consumable if you are the sort that orders 5 stars at thai restaurants. To make it even hotter, don't seed or de-vein the peppers. Ingredients
InstructionsPut the mangos in a small sauce pan and just cover with water. simmer until the mangos are rehydrated. Strain the mangos, but reserve the mango water. In a blender add the mangos, habaneros, vinegar and rub. Turn on blender on low and add a little mango water at a time until you get a smooth sauce like consistency. NotesWear gloves to handle the peppers and clean everything that touches them very carefully.
